"As terrified as I am that the rest of Seattle is going to figure out what's going on at Spur, these folks deserve major kudos for getting it right. Cocktails: spot on. Food: right up there with Sitka and How to Cook a Wolf. Service: perfect (knowledgeable; well mannnered, but still charming). If you want beer though, you're better off going to Quinn's.
